The newest version locks up during installation. The next older loaded and when it started, asked if I wanted the update for that version. I said yes and the new one wont load.Now I can't find any of the older versions to download and install except the windows versions.

Try downloading the program from official website or from Software Informer website. If it doesn't help you can try contacting the developer with you issue.
Also mention if the software is only for windows or if Mac versions are also available. So far all the other 'suggested' sw was only for windows when I was downloading it.
